• Slipsheet & Push-Pull System Implementation (Beiersdorf): Introduced an eco-friendly slipsheet system that reduced loading time from 4 hours to 1.5 hours per container, minimized labor requirements from 5 to 2 workers, and eliminated the need for pallet fumigation through reusable materials, resulting in significant cost and time efficiency.
